Commercial Image Usage Section
All request for business purpose usage of my images will be considered. Please use the Email link provided to make a request. Adding something obvious with-in the Subject line of the email will help distinguish it from any others, such as requesting rights for a given image. Please be sure to include the Image number as show with-in the Gallery album. Each one should display one. Images are also available for those shown at my my Gallery at Zazzle. Dimension image resolutions are available for many of the images at 3648 x 2736 pixels. Most scenes with-in this album were taken at 10.1 mega- pixels. A few at 8. Generally speaking business usage rights means purchasing a Non-exclusive rights license and will offer you unlimited usage of each image purchased, including using only a portion of the given image. These images can be used in all practical applications, such as book or magazine covers or inserts, assorted advertising peripherals, for calendars, posters, commercial screen savers and related software images uses. Other uses may include on a web site in full or any smaller size as deemed needed. Beyond this under the non-exclusive use license I retain original ownership and full rights as originally offered to each individual image purchased. Consideration will be given to a request for full rights for any given image. I have no pre established prices set for any image at this time. Please use the Email link provided on this page for all requests. For online purchases the Pay Pal button just below may be used. A Paypal account is not required to make payment. Rather, all major credit cards are accepted. Using the Paypal button should only be done after a purchase price has been requested by you, an offer made by me and you have accepted that same offer. Using the button below before-hand will not lead to a download after making a payment at this time. To simplify this procedure and ensure you have an image you plan to use, I will be happy to first Email you a Full size copy, which will also become your copy after purchase before you make a payment. Personal Usage Section
For those wishing to use any digital image photographed by me and as displayed with in the photo album for Personal- Non commercial purposes you may do so by clicking on the download button in the photo album. To locate it click any image so that it appears in it's large size on screen and look below the image and slightly to the right of the number representing the image number being displayed. There you should see a small arrow over a box, meant to represent a computer. That should allow for easy downloading. Using this means for these purposes you may elect to use them for personal creativity such as making a screen saver, personal photo album or photo prints. Other uses may include using these images on your own web site for public display, however in this case I request when and where possible a link back to my web site using the following web site address: http://shadowchaser.sitesled.com Posted credit for the image isn't necessary but would be appreciated.
